The apartment has just been refreshed and painted throughout! Both bedrooms are large with great-sized closets and there are blinds on every window in the apartment. The door lock is a secured Key Pad!

All apartments at Canandaigua Garden include Heat, water, sewer, refuse, and off-street parking! Laundry is available within each building.

Note: We currently require an application for showings. Applications are valid and transferable to any Maison property for 30 days. All applications must be submitted prior to any showings at this time.
